How many people can your boat accommodate?
Our boat can accommodate up to 11 people at a time, ensuring maximum comfort and an intimate and private environment that allows you to enjoy a fantastic experience discovering the Gallipoli sea and its beauties.
-
What will I find on board the boat?
Our boat is equipped with an awning, sundeck, shower, radio, and icebox. It also has masks, inflatable rings, life jackets, arm floats, kickboards, and all the necessary equipment for snorkeling and for children.
-
What is the cost of the tours?
The ticket cost varies depending on the chosen tour and period.
-
Where do you depart from?
Usually, the departure is from the Canneto marina or the Scale Nove dock, although the embarkation/disembarkation point may vary from day to day based on weather/sea conditions. It may happen that we depart from the commercial port of Gallipoli. The official embarkation point will be communicated to you immediately after booking.
-
What are the excursion times?
The excursions generally take place in three time slots:
- Morning, from 10:00 to 13:00;
- Afternoon, from 13:45 to 16:45;
- Sunset, from 17:30 to sunset.
The tour times will be confirmed after booking as they may be subject to change.
-
I don’t know how to swim, can I still get on board and swim?
Certainly, our boat has all the necessary equipment to swim safely. It is necessary to communicate your needs at the time of booking so that we can ensure the choice of a date with favorable weather conditions and inform the captain during boarding. We recommend choosing Tour A (south side) or Tour C (Sunset Tour).
-
I am pregnant, can I still get on board and swim?
We strongly recommend that you consult your personal doctor to assess the feasibility and, in any case, we advise against Tour B, as it is carried out with faster boats.
-
Are there swimming stops?
Usually, there is one or more swimming stops at the discretion of our captain.
-
Can I organize a private event?
Of course, we are happy to offer you the entire boat for exclusive use for parties and private events (birthday parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.). Contact us to get a quote.
-
Can I bring my dog on board?
Dogs on board are not recommended as they may frighten or disturb other guests, but they are allowed without any problem if the boat is rented for exclusive use.
-
Which excursions are most suitable for children?
For children, Tour A, the excursion along the south side, and, in particular, Punta Pizzo, are particularly recommended. With its golden beaches, it allows even the little ones to swim safely and play and swim in a crystal-clear sea. We do not recommend Tour B along the Porto Selvaggio area for children under 10 years old.
-
Where can I buy my ticket?
You can book your boat excursion by purchasing your tickets directly on this website, paying a deposit and the balance directly before boarding. We recommend booking online to immediately secure your seats. Alternatively, if you are unable to make an online payment, you will be directed to our points where you can physically purchase the ticket.
-
What happens if the weather conditions are not good?
In case of adverse weather conditions, the captain will decide the safest route to carry out the cruise safely. If the weather conditions make the sea completely impracticable, after communication from the Coast Guard, you will be offered an alternative day or, if no solution is found, a full refund.
-
Is it possible to change the booking day?
Contact us, if we can find an alternative date, we will do our best to accommodate you.
-
Is the tour also accessible to people with severe motor difficulties?
We are sorry, but the port infrastructures are not able to guarantee safe embarkation/disembarkation, therefore, to our regret, we are not able to offer the service to people with motor difficulties. However, we invite you to contact one of our operators for more information.
-
Can I bring food on board?
Yes, it is possible to bring food and drinks from home, as our boat is equipped with a minibar, but it is advisable to bring large quantities only in case of exclusive booking of the boat. Spirits are prohibited.
-
What is the recommended clothing for the tour?
The recommended clothing is what you consider most comfortable, respecting common sense and other guests. Swimsuit and towel are recommended.
-
Can I do the Sunset Tour and follow a different itinerary from Sant’Andrea Island?
At sunset, our entire fleet gathers at Sant’Andrea Island because it is in this place that you can fully experience the evocative experience of the sun hiding behind the sea, in a beautiful fiery red atmosphere, while in the other stops, due to the distance to be covered, the sunset would take place during navigation to allow the return within the scheduled times. Although not recommended by us, it is possible to go to Punta Pizzo at sunset only if you have rented the entire boat for exclusive use and, of course, subject to the approval of the captain, who is responsible for assessing the weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons given the distance, and to be able to manage any unforeseen events in light conditions, there is no stop at Porto Selvaggio at sunset.
